Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE                   
CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 11 Relating to legislative                           
review and disapproval of agreements under the Public Employment               
Relations Act that exceed net zero cost to the state, be taken up at           
this time. Without objection, it was so ordered.                               
                                                                               
SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 11 was read the                               
second time and was before the Senate on final passage.
